Mr. Boas Fernando, brings over two decades of diverse, hands-on experience in both the non-profit and profit sectors. He has spearheaded successful social change initiatives in the refugee camp where he grew up in Zambia, empowering single refugee women and other underprivileged community members to establish thriving businesses.

In the last decade, he has successfully helped oil and gas companies comply with regulatory requirements, ensuring efficient data harvesting and reporting. His efforts have led to compliance and conformance achievements, resulting in financial savings of over USD 1 Million by avoiding fines.

As a corporate consultant, he has assisted Angolan companies in raising more than USD 8 Billion for refinery and oil block projects. These projects are not only positively impacting the Angolan economy but are also improving lives of over 500 citizens who directly and indirectly benefited through employment opportunities and services.
